Almost everyone these days as from age 30 onwards seem to be experiencing the symptoms of aging. Don’t ever think it’s too late to start taking control of your rate of aging. I feel a lot stronger right now than I was in my early 30s.
Never accept that you are just getting old, you are not as long as you are alive. You can improve. A reasonable role model that can inspire and challenge you from my perspective is an older, healthier person who lives an active life.
They provide living proof that you can get healthier as you age. Sexually active, no medications , exercise daily or often and are emotionally vital and mentally sharp.
They share certain long term traits; long time exerciser, follow good diets, have had rich and satisfying relationships, and are intellectually engaged in stimulating mental activities.
They are an inspiration to me.
