Good Fats that Keep Abdominals Flat

Summer is around the corner and I’ve been getting loads of questions on how to get rid of excess abdominal fat. I often say to people that flat abdominals comes from your fridge and NOT from endless stupid celebrity endorsed diets and excessive ab-crunches.

If you include the following varieties of good fats (Omega- 3 & 6) in your daily food you will soon be set for summer. There is no need to micromanage this stuff if you balance up your essential fats; you will not only be healthy you will lose fat and gain muscle, have loads of energy and generally feel good.

Below is a list of super foods that have helped shrink my waist by 4 inches, hips 4 inches and have given me a very flat stomach. One of my coaching clients lost 4kg of weight, and lost 2 inches off both their waist and thighs within 4 weeks:

  1. Wild Alaskan Salmon (not farmed)
  2. Sardines
  3. Trout
  4. Grass Fed Meat (get this from your local butcher)
  5. Omega-3 Enriched Eggs (not from the supermarket)

Combine the good eating with strength building exercises and you will soon be on your way to looking great in a bikini or board shorts. Don’t let some celebrities or fake Photoshopped covers of fitness magazine hold you to ransom.

You must fuel your body to give it what it needs to become fabulous and fit!

You can view exercises for flatter toned abdominals on my VictoriaBoerFitness You Tube Channel.

Keep growing stronger.
