The benefits of heavy lifting

One of the easiest way to prevent muscle loss is to give your body something to do or lift heavy . now to clarify that, im not saying go and lift an object you are not able to lift .  We are all aware that mental and physical neglect promote premature ageing .

You will be less active because bundles of muscles has been deteriorating . In my experience you will get lean FASTER , by using heavier weight . Push the intensity – whether you are a man or woman intensity is the key . You will be amazed how quickly your body will change in the way you want .

Men will look healthier and women will look leaner and sexier . Trust me on this one .
