Studies in recent shown that without proper nutrition and exercise , your body will age 6 months extra for every year that passes . No wonder i see people falling apart everyday. dont get me wrong , im a body coach and i see this everyday .
If you are over 40, that means by the time you hit 44 you will look and feel 48 if you dont do any sort of exercise . 90 percentage of people over the age of 35 lose enough muscle every year to burn off an additional 4 percent of body fat or weight .
What to do
Get away from people who complains all the time and make you feel older , im talking about people who dont challenge their mind .
Eat food that comes from the soil, not manufacturing food . You must also be aware of aging process so that you can gain control .
Do STRENGTH training , im not talking about gym machines , you need to hire a skilful coach to teach you how your body should function , its the best investment and its priceless .
