DIETS AND HABITS

Diets definitely in my opinion and experience dont work for losing weight or getting a better body , the reason they dont work has nothing to do with the program or the list of a specific diet . Habits is the main issue .

If you want to get in shape, seriously dont sign up for any cut edge restriction calories or people watching over you at night when you are eating . you know , weight watchers ” . The reason they dont work is they dont change habit.

The secret is not when you buy a new nike shoes or your favourite athletes, or celebrities diet . If you change your habits , you will re-invent yourself then you are on the way to become your own HERO .

Every things works, yep, everything . Thats why we sometimes find radically changing our workouts and food we consumes leads to remarkable body composition changes in a short time .

Change habits first , everything follows .
