To be free , you cant remain naive about your relationships . some people like me are positive , mood elevating , sustaining . Others can suck optimism and serenity out of your life . You know those people who always see negativity rather than opportunity .
Emotional vampires are everywhere , from co workers , neighbours , family , friends , clients , a lot of people are hit by hard drainers . I personally dont allow complainers around me .Even though i tried to build relationship with positive , high energised people i have to be able to protect my sensitivity around emotional vampires .
No one became vampires if he or she is happy . Most emotional vampire are unhappy , always needy and insecure they tend to want to be around happy people and drain the life out of them .
A vampire go in for the kill by stirring up your emotions , pushing up your buttons , throws you off center which renders you easier to drain of all the emotional types , here are the vulnerabilty you have to look for
Low self esteem , Depression , A victim mentality , Fear of asserting yourself . 90 percent of the gym goers are emotional depleted and vampire .

“Give up defining yourself – to yourself or to others. You won’t die. You will come to life. And don’t be concerned with how others define you. When they define you, they are limiting themselves, so it’s their problem. Whenever you interact with people, don’t be there primarily as a function or a role, but as the field of conscious Presence. You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are.”
