consult with your doctor before any exercise program . exercise during pregnancy is like a metaphor for life, it can be difficult at times when you feel like giving up .
Realising that your pregnant body is beautiful , strong , and healthy will do wonder for your self esteem , confidence and emotional well being . And with a positive outlook on the changes of pregnancy . you will move and enjoy your body much more .
