My experience working with pregnant women.

The first three months of pregnancy can be vital, you want to make sure you are strong . you might feel fatigue and that depends on individual physiology .

your training program should be individualised for your specific circumstances .

make sure you dont sweat that much .

Fish oil- take regular daily dose of fish oil, its been research proven that fish oil is good for nourishing the new born

consult with your doctor before any exercise program . exercise during pregnancy is like a metaphor for life, it can be difficult at times when you feel like giving up .

Realising that your pregnant body is beautiful , strong , and healthy will do wonder for your self esteem , confidence and emotional well being . And with a positive outlook on the changes of pregnancy . you will move and enjoy your body much more .

Thats what ive observed and learnt so far by training pregnant women .
